Enjoy taking short walks to restaurants, the hot springs after a great day of being at Wolf Creek in winter 40yard walk to the San Juan river walk for swimming/fishing in the summer. Res hill is right out your front door for mountain biking and trail hiking! This is a 2 bedroom , 1 bath house. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other a bunk bed. There is also a sitting room to relax and read a book or simply keep your luggage in.

This amazing location is walking distance to town, great restaurants, the world's deepest Hot Springs, swimming pool, playground, the San Juan River and Reservoir Hill - great for hiking. This 500 sqft Cozy Cove is nestled in the woods. Very private and full of wildlife. Only five miles from Pagosa. We have the wonderful hot springs, awesome river rafting, hiking, close to two of the best train rides in the state! Delicious eateries and breweries. Year-round festivals. Fantastic live music. There IS heat and hot water. No air conditioning. I’m working on figuring out how to change that…🤨
