Kuća za odmor "Sunset" samostalan je objekt na dvije etaže, sa vlastitom okućnicom i parkirnim mjestom. U prizemlju se nalazi spavaća soba sa bračnim krevetom, kuhinja, dnevni boravak, toalet i soba sa jacuzzijem. Na katu su dvije spavaće sobe, svaka sa po 2 kreveta i kupaona. U dvorištu se nalazi stol sa klupama, roštilj i montažni bazen. Kuća se nalazi na proplanku te pruža jedinstven pogled na jezero i brojna okolna mjesta. Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

Dazu gehört auch ein großer beheizter Infinity-Pool zur alleinigen Benutzung und ein großzügige Outdoor-Küche mit Grill. Hinweis: Der Pool kann von April bis Oktober beheizt werden. Das Beheizen kostet 20€ für max 10 Stunden/Tag und wird zusätzlich abgerechnet.
