Located in a safe, secure and exclusive neighborhood, on the hilly part of Puerto Princesa. The property is situated in a 10,000 sq meter property with majestic view of the mountains and lush greenery. The Studio-type Villa is 7km away from Puerto Princesa International Airport and it is 20-30mins travel by car or taxi. It has a 50 square meter swimming pool for the exclusive use of the guests. The Baker's Hill Palawan, Mitra's Ranch, Hernandez Mansion, and Panja Resort is 5-15mins by foot.

Please note: The base rate does not include our essential service package, which is highly recommended due to our remote, nature-surrounded location, approximately one hour by boat from El Nido. Our quaint little hut is off the beaten road and off-the-grid, nestled on a hill overlooking the West Philippine Sea, between a private cove and a public beach. It is some 40-minute drive from the airport, with a spectacular view along the way. Our home may be small but it is a complete house - with toilet and bath, kitchen, a queen size bed, a desk, and a porch that serves as a dining area too. We call our place Serenity, as it simply exudes peace and tranquility.

Located in Corong-Corong, just a few steps from the beach, this private pool villa offers a peaceful and tropical setting with direct access to the sea and the stunning sunsets of Bacuit Bay. A private path leads you straight to the beach. Excellent restaurants, cafés and small shops are within walking distance, and island-hopping boats leave directly from the shore. El Nido town is around 10 minutes away. Perfect for couples or solo travelers. Maximum 2 guests.

Balay Asiano is located in Brgy. Binduyan, 76 kilometers from Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. The entire property is exclusively yours, whether you’re a solo traveler or a group of six. Food & Essentials: Binduyan has no large stores, so we recommend bringing your own ingredients. If you’d like, we can cook for you at a rate of ₱1,000 per day (2–3 meals). Purified drinking water is provided.
