Our Palisade Orchard Cottage, built in the early 1900s,has been fully renovated with love. Our cottage will be sure to impress you with the most breathtaking views. Situated amongst the peach orchards and vineyards in Palisade. You are in the prime location to enjoy the gorgeous landscapes of Palisade but still minutes away from winery's, distillery's, hiking,skiing,biking, and the historic district downtown. No chores here, you're on vacation! Located just 4 miles from Palisade Rim Trailhead, home of the Palisade Plunge. The Peach Chalet is all yours, with plenty of room for your bikes! Privacy and views, plenty of room to relax indoors & out! Talbott's Cider House is a quarter-mile away, and downtown Palisade is 1.5 miles away. World-class wineries surround you! The Chalet is 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on main floor, loft and 2nd bath upstairs. Fully-stocked kitchen. Join us for your relaxing getaway!

Begin, end or spend your day lounging on the front porch in the shade of mature peach trees or enjoying views of the rugged Palisades seeming to rise just outside the back door.

Our spacious and newly renovated large barn has a beautiful view of the Grand Valley. Relax among the vines under Mt. Garfield. Drink wine at one of the many wineries. Enjoy peace and quiet while picking a peach in the orchard or grapes in the vineyard. We are conveniently located 2 miles from downtown Palisade and 13 miles from downtown Grand Junction. From skiing, to mountain biking, to rafting, to hiking, and road biking there are outdoor activities nearby for all levels.
