Apartamento situado en el antiguo granero de una Masía del 1873. En la misma casa viven y hacen de amfitriones Pau y Wafa. Ambiente acogedor y familiar. Situada en una pequeña aldea en el nord-oeste de Catalunya, al pie de las montañas del Montsec, PrePirineo. A 1h30min en coche de Barcelona, y dos minutos de Artesa de Segre, donde encuentras todo lo necesario para las compras. Experiencia rústica, ideal para desconectar de la ciudad y pasar tiempo en contacto con el campo y la naturaleza.

Registro de turismo HUTL000095 L´Escola de Palau, és una casa molt acollidora i càlida, ideal per a parelles. Equipada amb tot el necessari perquè l´estada sigui el més còmoda i agradable possible. Decorada delicadament amb tots els detalls perquè trobis el cap de setmana ideal per tu i la teva parella. Està ubicada al mig del bosc a la Baronia de Rialb, on es pot gaudir d´una estada còmoda i relaxada. La casa és d´ús exclusiu i no hi ha veïns al voltant.

El granero dispone de un salón comedor con cocina negra, una habitación con cama doble, altillo con dos camas y sofá cama en el salón. También tiene doble ducha con ventana para poder admirar la naturaleza mientras te duchas. Chimenea, piscina y rio. Y un entorno con un conjunto monumental formado por una iglesia románica con cripta, un cementerio modernista y poblado íber a 5min. Espectacular! A 5 min un restaurante rural y a 10 min el pueblo/ciudad.

坎科梅拉(Can Comella)

Can Comella està integrada en el teixit urbà del poble de Gavarra, un poble que a mitjans del S XX es va vincular al municipi de Coll de Nargó. Fins a principis del segle passat la casa estava habitada. Tot i les seves reduïdes dimensions, els elements constructius que conformen l'estructura d'aquest edifici són els originals, circumstància que converteix Can Comella en un exemple valuòs de l'arquitectura tradicional de la zona.
