Rain-forest house on the slopes of Mt Whitfield, is 10-minutes from the airport & 15 mins from Cairns. This suburban house is designed to operate two independently accessed apartments. The BnB ground floor guest suit offers accommodation for 6 people in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 bathroom & comfortable living room. The outdoor pool and deck area is for exclusive guest use in a private tropical garden. On street parking available. The owners live on site upstairs and have a separate entrance.

It is a great place to stay if you’re looking for an affordable clean comfortable space to stay while you explore Cairns & the Tropical far north. Please note the property is on a busy street, & the space has ceiling fans but is not air-conditioned. unfortunately the property is not suitable for children or pets.

Amazing location just a short distance to the CBD. Two bedroom, ground floor, private apartment. Situated at 194 Grafton Street, Cairns City, this unit is a short, flat walk to the City Centre, Esplanade, shops and restaurants. It is an older property that was built in the 1970’s but has been upgraded internally. It is a lowset block of just four units in total, all managed by us.

The Kookaburra Lodge (aptly named for its feathered visitors), is a purpose built 1 bedroom apartment on a fully fenced 1000sqm plot, beside our family home. With a shared pool & its own deck for relaxation, The Lodge offers tons of space for those furry/non furry friends to romp, play and be entertained.
