The home has two living areas, 3 bathroom a good sized back yard with brazier and a spa for when 5 mins walk is just too far to cool off! Decks on both the levels provide space for everyone, the home is located in a cul-de-sac so traffic is minimal. Wonderful ocean vista's across Merimbula Bay, accompanied by birdsong from the nearby bush. Magic!

Ideal for couples, however the sofa bed is 2.5 seats and folds out to double bed size. A portable cot is available for infants.
