La Residenza, affacciata sulla splendida Baia di Canneto, nell'Isola di Lipari, è una antica dimora signorile recentemente ristrutturata, che gode di  una delle più belle viste delle isole Eolie. La posizione privilegiata permette di raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia sottostante, attraverso una scalinata interna (circa 80 scalini).   Il fiore all'occhiello della residenza è rappresentato dalle terrazze private, suddivise su due livelli, che si affacciano sulla spiaggia sottostante e Canneto.

Situata a Canneto (zona balneare di Lipari), la veranda sul mare offre sistemazione climatizzata con patio. Questa struttura con vista mare, offre l'accesso a una terrazza. L' Appartamento del Capitano si trova al primo piano della Villa degli Armatori e gode di uno spazioso terrazzo con una vista a perdita d'occhio sul mare delle Eolie. All’interno si conservano l’anima e la storia degli antichi proprietari, una famiglia di armatori eoliani la cui vocazione si può ritrovare negli arredi, nei quadri e nei dettagli che decorano gli ambienti. L’interno è composto da un ampio living con zona letto, una comoda cucina attrezzata ed un bagno adiacente.

E' una tipica casa eoliana ristrutturata a pochi passi da Marina Corta. La posizione centrale della casa offre ogni comodita' durante la vostra vacanza, e' disposta su due piani e ospita quattro persone con due camere , due bagni, angolo cottura , wifi e Aria condizionata Per entrare in casa è necessario fare due scalini Ricordo che non c’è lavatrice ma solo asciugatrice . Nei periodi affollati d’estate ,con tutti i locali aperti ci può essere più rumore

Totally renewed in 2020 by a Sicilian architect in a very sober and minimal Mediterranean style, Casa Clementina is divided in 2 apartments. Each apartments has a confortable king size bed, a small separated kitchen, a bathroom with shower and terrace with little front-yard view where one can have a meals or relax on the deckchairs with a book. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday. You will be assigned apartment A or B depending on availability.

Eolian House "Sole" - Unique sunrise

Traditional Aeolian house, featuring a spacious sea-view terrace furnished with table, chairs, and sun loungers. The property is set within a large private estate, ensuring total silence, privacy, and relaxation. At night, with no surrounding lights, you can admire the entire Milky Way, and if you're lucky, even touch the falling stars. The moon rises directly from the sea right in front of the terrace — a truly magical sight.

My accommodation has a beautiful panoramic view, allows you to breathe art and culture, enjoy the sea and offers activities for the family. It is down a side street to the main road traveling from the port to the village center. My accommodation is suitable for couples, lone adventurers, families with children and furry friends (pets)
