The house is located in the area called 'Cappero'. The house was originally built in 1900 and was refurbished in 2012. It is a traditional Aeolian style villa. Our holiday home is on the 2nd floor, It consists of a kitchen / living room with a sofa-bed for one and a half, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, as well as 2 large covered terraces with sea view and it can accommodate 2 to 4 people; The terraces are both equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining, there is a barbecue and a sun terrace with sun loungers.

La casa è attrezzata per un uso personale, con arredi non dozzinali. La location è caratteristica, praticamente circondata da bar e ristoranti sulla piazza di Marina Corta, da dove partono anche tutte le gite organizzate per le isole . Sotto casa c'è un diving e ci sono gli uffici di coloro che organizzano le gite in barca.
