This beautiful villa is on the expansive 4-mile longTambor Beach in Bahía Ballena (Whale Bay), located within the gated community of Los Delfines Golf and Country Club in Tambor, Costa Rica. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the whole front of the house (upstairs and down) offer incredible views of the unbelievable beach paradise outside. 3 bedrooms and an alcove w/ bed, each with ensuite bathroom. This 3 bdrm/2.5 bth is located in the gated community of Los Delfines Golf and Country Club. It is a stand alone unit that sleeps 7. There is a private dipping pool and covered gazebo in the backyard & full-size pool at the clubhouse. There is access to a 18 hole golf course along with tennis and basketball courts on site. Beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute walk on either side of the Villa and the famous Montezuma waterfall is just a short walk up the river behind us. This is one of the few places to rent directly in front of the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the ocean view, the tide pool on the property and the beautiful garden.
