The perfect set up for a peaceful, relaxing vacation or your temporary home away from home when working out-of-town. Ideally located, the cottage is 1 mile from downtown, 6 blocks from Enloe Hospital, and a 10 minute walk to Chico State. There is free parking, fast internet, cable, queen size bed with topper, hot tub, pool, bbq, corn hole game, breakfast fixings and snacks, comfortable, spacious deck, outdoor waterfall for soothing sounds, and of course, family members are welcome to visit.

2 queen beds in an open floor-plan apartment for you and your horse / dog. Invite your riding partners or your family. With a pool to cool off after a bike or horse ride, you are sure to get refreshed in time for a bbq or to relax on the deck. Horses, dogs, kids welcome. Huge equestrian park less than 5 miles away. Major parks with miles of trails you can mountain bike and ride you horse all in one day. Local wineries, restaurants, the best dive bar, food truck, and easy access to Chico.

Additional fees 10% TOT tax and a new 2.5% tourism fee (BCTBID assessment) will be collected as of September 1st.

Charming Historic House by Enloe With Pool & Patio

Historic charming house located in the avenues close to Bidwell park, CSUC, downtown and Enloe Hospital (1 block). This home was built in 1906 and has a welcoming feel. It would nicely accommodate a family or a business professional. You will have everything you need to make your stay comfortable and feel like home. Fully fenced off back yard with a covered patio and 4ft deep lap pool. Pool is fully fenced with a locked gate. Pool key will be available to guests during their stay.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient, in a quiet neighborhood our cottage is within walking distance of downtown , CSUC, and Enloe Hospital. We also accept dogs (no cats) for an addition fee of $15 dollars per day. We ask any dog left alone be kenneled. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture unless you cover it with sheets, which we will provide. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, suitable for children .

The property sits in an ideal location for a Chico experience, with direct front access to Bidwell Park trails for walking, running, biking, hiking, swimming, site seeing, golf and lovely downtown shopping, dining and nightlife. The pool is typically open mid May through September.
