Beautiful,bright,modern,fully air conditioned two bedroom basement apartment located in a quiet Kenmount terrace of St.John’s.Amenities include keyless door lock,patio complete with bbq and table and chairs,fully equipped kitchen,linens,towels,hair dryer,iron,satellite tv,wifi,washer and dryer,free private parking.located within 5-10 minutes to amenities,including Walmart,Costco,Avalon mall shopping centre,health science hospital,Sobeys grocery store,financial institutions,and many restaurants.

Paradise Guest Suite

This apartment is attached to our house and we use it as our own space when it isn't rented. We have full access to it however, when guest stay there it is completely their own space. A locked door separates the AirBNB from our side. Guests will notice items such as our children's books and games that are there for everyone to enjoy. They will also notice items that belonged to my father and grandfather. As I mentioned, it is an extension of our home. Please feel free to look closely at these.
