Ο χώρος βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο και έχει εύκολη πρόσβαση. Διαθέτει στεγασμένο αύλειο χώρο μπροστά και πίσω όπου έχει αναπτυχθεί χώρος τραπεζαρίας με ανεμπόδιστη θέα στη θάλασσα. It's a well lit apartment mainly because of a very wide window. It's within 200 meters from the sea and right by the football and basketball stadium. All of the restaurants are within walking distance and also it is accessible to people with special needs and disabilities. (the bathroom has special handles to help with stability), it is also on the ground floor and is cool because of the shade the trees in the garden provide.
