This is a comfortable self contained one bedroom cottage at the rear of a large garden behind our home. Our villa is well over a century old. The train station is next door and 20 minute on the train takes you to the city and Stadium. There’s a restaurant and a cafe just outside our gate and a 10 minute walk to the village where there is a pub, more cafe/dining options, supermarket and shopping. Walking/hiking up Mt Kau Kau and along the Northern Walkways is right at our doorstep

A bright sunny semi detached studio that has a separate entrance, its own kitchen and bathroom. The bed is a comfortable day bed ( king single) which coverts to a full King sized bed when two guests are welcomed. Double French doors open onto a sunny courtyard for guests to enjoy and relax in. The studio is next to the pool which is available for use in the summer. Full cooking facilities. No pets with guests please.

This is our family home, only on air BNB 2 weeks of the year. Located in Raumati Beach 5 minutes to the beach and local shops. If you're looking for a fantastic and comfortable space to have a holiday this place is ideal. An outside bar and pool with main bedroom opening out to a very private backyard. BBQ facilities included. We have Whisky the cat living on property as well, very sociable lad he wont bother anyone.
