They lovingly decorated their apartment to make it homey for them at various times of the year. From the apartment and the extra large terrace, you will enjoy a beautiful bay view with Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat on the foreground. The entire 2 bedroom and bathrooms apartment was been totally renovated a couple of years ago with all modern amenities.

Our apartment was fully new renovated and redecorated in 2017, further renovations in 2023 and 2024 (p.e. new windows). It is located on the "Prom. d. Angl." and the beach is 20 m away. 15 m walk to the city center and 10 min to the train station and the airport (bus. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a stylish, but cosy livingroom with an open kitchen. Additionally it has a garden. It has a marvelous view to the ocean!

Charming apartment in the center of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, walking distance from restaurants, bakeries, bars and shops. A few minutes walk from the beaches (Paloma Beach, Passable...) and hiking trails.
