Incantevole monolocale sul mare, totalmente ristrutturato di recente e situato al centro di una piccola baia. L’alloggio è composto da un’ampia camera da letto con angolo cottura e da un confortevole bagno con doccia. Inoltre, il monolocale gode di un ampio balcone vista mare dove poter rilassarsi e godere di un magnifico panorama (23 mq interni + 15 di balcone). La spiaggia è facilmente accessibile a piedi sotto casa, mentre il centro si trova a soli 2 km (5 minuti in auto) mediante la ex 522.

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

Superb location in the charming “centro storico”of Tropea on top of the cliff overlooking breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian sea and the iconic church of Santa Maria del isola and Tropea beaches as well as the Aeolian islands. The apartment was recently renovated and takes place in a 16th century ex-monastery. It has 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space area. Roof top terrace features outdoor shower with beautiful tiles, bbq and lounge area.

Recently renovated, the house is spacious and comfortable. It is located in the center of Parghelia (a town 2 km far from Tropea, "Pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea") at a short distance from beautiful beaches, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, minimarket, pharmacy, train station, car rental. The house is on two levels, it is completed by a little garden with the possibility of a small outdoor space for the exclusive use of guests. Central but quiet area, you can park your car in front of the house.

Il nostro palazzo si trova in centro storico nella zona ZTL (le strade di accesso sono molto strette per le macchine grandi .) con affaccio "mozzafiato " direttamente sul meraviglioso mare e la spiaggia Marina dell’ Isola el isole Eolie La casa ha muri di pietra con archi e travi a vista .Zona tranquilla, a pochi passi dal corso principale, dal Duomo e dalle scale che portano alla spiaggia sottostante. City Tax not included 1,5 Euros per night per person to be paid in cash upon arrival .
