This centrally-located room is ideal for those who walk or bike about in our high mountain setting at 7900 feet in altitude. Surrounded by 13- and 14- thousand foot peaks. There's Wi-Fi, in-floor heating, wheelchair accessibility, queen-size bed with freshly ironed pillowcases, Keurig, small frig, microwave, tv, enough off-street parking for two cars and a trailer, private bath. The hot tub is for your private use. A third person can be accommodated with an inflatable bed and extra $20 charge

This lock-off suite is a great space for your mountain getaway! You'll have your own private entrance (up a flight of stairs on the back of the private residence) & a keycode door. Once inside, you'll enjoy a spacious 1 BR/1BA suite, including a living space appointed with table, sleeper sofa, & kitchenette. Walk right out the door to public trails-just steps from the Arkansas River, a very short walk to the South Main development, & walkable to Main St. This space has it all! (except a TV :))

The Fox Den – Cozy Suite Near River: STR-234

The Fox Den is a small-but-cute suite in S. Main next to the bouldering park. It faces an actual fox den—which is how it got its name. It's a 2-minute walk to the Arkansas River, where you’ll find miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. You'll also be just a block from the South Main Square and a short stroll from the shops and restaurants of downtown BV. The Den is a completely private suite attached to a main house with a separate entrance and lockbox for convenient self-check in. STR-234

Tucked Away Stay - Close To Town and In Nature

Come enjoy our private 5 acres of Pinon trees with the convenience of being 5 minutes from town. Enjoy the joys of children on property and views of incredible mountains with the wildlife that frequents our "back yard". Relax in our private guest area locked off from the rest of our home including a kitchenette and laundry area, all separated from the rest of the house by a custom built and locking doorway. We accept dogs but cannot accept cats due to other guests’ allergies. There is a pet fee.

This cozy Cookie House is centrally located in downtown Breckenridge, only one mile away from Main Street- far enough from town for peace and quiet, but only a short walk to Main Street and the gondola. Additionally, the free local bus stop is just up the street. With great access to town and plenty of trails just out the back door, The Cookie House is the perfect way to experience life in Breckenridge- plus, it comes with homemade, freshly baked chocolate chip cookies! All humans are welcome.

Relax and stay in this spacious and light-filled studio apartment in a beautiful treed neighborhood a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk from downtown Buena Vista. Enjoy a large parking space, separate entrance, and privacy from the main house with kitchenette. There is a creek/water ditch that runs from April to November that flows most of the time, creating a gentle creek sound that wraps around the studio apartment.
