Kööginurgas on pliit ja ahi koos mikrolaine ahjuga, suur külmkapp, nõudepesumasin ning kõik vajalik söögi valmistamiseks ja nautimiseks. Vannitoas on pesumasin. Parkimine on meie külalistele tasuta. Cozy 50m2 loft with 2 bedrooms and living room with fireplace and modern kitchen is located on the third floor of a wooden building house (built in 1879) which is located on the Old Town's Special Conservation Zone, right in the centre of Viljandi and close to everything - cafés, lake and castle ruins. The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

The cottage is a bright and spacious 2-storey building, designed in nordic style, with wood-burning sauna. Perfect for one family or close friends; ideal for 2 persons, fine for 4 plus an infant sleeping in baby cot. We live onsite and will be happy to show you around the farm including organic apple orchard and the "slow food" production facility.

During the SUMMER months (June, July, August) cozy garden café is open, we offer a buffet breakfast every day from 8:00 to 11:30 for an additional fee.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Located on the historical Supeluse street. During the summer time the street is only for pedestrians. It's very close to the beach ( 6 minutes) and bus station (6 minutes). Apartment is renovated just as we would live ourselves in it. The apartment has three rooms, kitchen and a bathroom. Free parking for 1 car.
