Situated in a private beachfront estate this newly remodelled vacation home is immersed in nature. Surrounded by a large garden with tall trees it offers privacy in a quiet environment . Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. During the high season, there are parked cars around.Clothes washing machine available for our beach house guests. Just 1 min walk from the beach.

The house is in front of the sea which refers an amazing view. It is new builded with modern design and located in a quiet area. On the first floor it contains a big living room, full equipped kichen with dining room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. On the second floor it has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Also on the second floor you can enjoy the amazing view from the balcony where you can feel the island's aura. In front of the house there is a big yard with an extent which ends up to the sea.

Our rooms are situated in a beautiful part of Paros, called Logaras. In the neighborhood you will find family beach bars, cafes, taverns, restaurants, bakeries, an ATM as well as a supermarket. The beach is right outside our premises once you cross a small country road. All our rooms are created with love and detail. Everything is thought out to make your vacation experience one of a kind. Each morning you will wake up, step out onto the balcony and marvel at the beautiful Aegean Sea.

Ένα κτήριο του 1906 πλήρως ανακαινισμένο τον Ιούλιο του 2022 και εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις που κάνουν τους επισκέπτες να νιώθουν πως βρίσκονται στο σπίτι τους. Η ανεμπόδιστη η θέα στην Πορτάρα, μνημείο σύμβολο του νησιού, με το ξακουστό, μαγευτικό ηλιοβασίλεμα, και όλο το Αιγαίο να απλώνεται μπροστά σου κάνουν την διαμονή στο Ma Μer μοναδικά αξέχαστη.

Ragoussis Beachfront House

Located in Livadia, in the island of Paros, at a wind protected cove in 20m walking distance from a sandy beach. The total living space is 105 m2, it can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests and is ideal for large groups or families. Surrounded by terrace, at an elevated position which offers sea view, walking distance from the beach and the center of Paroikia. Following the Cycladic tradition, the house has been painted white. Inside however, has decorated in minimal design.
