This Greek Villa is based just outside of Parikia. Υou can enjoy relaxing have some privacy and Greek lifestyle.The villa has a structured area of 220 sq.m. and very large area of outdoor courtyard. Unobstructed views of the sea. There is a private mini Pool (not heated) with 3 hydromassage seats at this property. Dimensions:The pool has a trapezoidal shape. One side is 3.80 meters wide and ends at 2 meters on the opposite side. Its length is 5.60 meters and its maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

Villa Blue Pearl is an 1 bedroom property with private swimming pool which is located in Elitas, a small hill just 3.5 km from Parikia the capital of Paros and the port. Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. We also provide to our guests our homemade products. It is our pleasure if you choose our villa for your holidays in Paros.

The house, with its bright serenity, offers generous outdoor spaces: terraces and garden, swimming pool with deck, a pergola with barbecue. There are 2 bedrooms, one located downstairs and the other upstairs. Each has its own private bathroom and shaded exterior area. Two parking spots are available in the front of the house. We provide basic amenities including fresh towels and sheets, bathroom supplies, hair dryer, full access to our washing machine and laundry detergent.
