Wine Country Cottage -Large Comfortable Studio

Nestled in the beautiful El Pomar Wine District, this very comfortable cottage is surrounded by rolling oak covered hills, neighboring vineyards, and wildlife. Set in a private, yet open environment, the property abuts one of the most popular routes for local and visiting bicyclists. A 10 minute drive from Highway 101 gets you away from town, but amongst vineyards, wildlife, quiet, and stars. With many wineries "just around the corner", the location is ideal for exploring near or far.

Maverick Hill Ranch Farm Stay

Come and spend the night in our little red barn. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our little barn has a small kitchenette, a large king size bed and a rustic bathroom. We have also included a cool corduroy bean bag that converts into a full size mattress. The room includes a large TV with Netflix and prime, Kurig coffee maker, a variety of teas, outdoor patio with a fire pit. On the property we have horses, cats, chickens and many dogs.

Shade Oak

Spring flowers paint the hills of the Central Coast. Warm days and crisp nights make spring a great time to enjoy the beauty of the wildflowers and wild life of the the back canyons. Enjoy the peace and solitude of the Central Coast back country in this 10ft x 12ft furnished wall tent. Enjoy the magnificent sunset over the vibrant greens, pinks and yellows of springtime in the back canyons. Temperatures average mid 60s/70s in the daytime and upper 40s/low 50s at night.

Private Wine Country Retreat

This private one-bedroom, one-bath guest house is nestled on the backside of a two-acre parcel on a quiet lane in Westside Templeton. Located in the Templeton Gap, historic downtown and dozens of surrounding wineries are just minutes away! This unit has kitchen essentials, wifi, air conditioning/heater, ceiling fan, and a television. Coffee and tea provided. Private guest access. A short drive on decomposed granite. Nestled in one of the original Blue Diamond Almond orchards, this one bedroom, one bath guest suite has a full kitchen, a cozy living room, a bathroom reminiscent of a spa, and two wonderfully relaxing deck spaces.
