Located on a hill near well-known wineries is Magnolia Vineyard Wine Makers Cottage. There are expansive views from the deck overlooking our Vineyard, oak-studded hillside, and city lights beyond. This remodeled barn offers complete privacy yet is only eight minutes from downtown Paso Robles. This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath outfitted with fine linens, and all the essentials. On the large deck one can sip on a glass of wine watching the sunset or sip on a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise.

Set in a private, yet open environment, the property abuts one of the most popular routes for local and visiting bicyclists. A 10 minute drive from Highway 101 gets you away from town, but amongst vineyards, wildlife, quiet, and stars. With many wineries "just around the corner", the location is ideal for exploring near or far.

This place is magical. Seven private acres with 360 degree views are surrounded by vineyards which can be seen through most windows. On property, depending on the season, you will find apples, pears, peaches, cherries, figs, loquats, persimmons, pomegranates, pecans, chestnuts, and several grape varieties. The outdoor space includes a wrap-around covered patio, outdoor dining, multiple sitting areas, fire pits, swings, games, and outdoor cooking. It is truly one of a kind.
