Dans un calme et charmant village de la vallée de Chamonix, notre chalet est exposé plein sud avec vue sur le Mont Blanc. Tous les loisirs de la montagne sont accessibles hiver comme été à moins de 15 mn. Le chalet en mélèze dispose de tout le confort moderne avec son poêle et la chaleur douce du chauffage au sol. La cuisine moderne est ouverte sur la pièce de vie chaleureuse et ensoleillée. 4 chambres dont 2 masters avec sdb, 1 chambre pour 1 couple et 1 chambre pour 3 personnes.

Ce magnifique chalet, spacieux et très lumineux, est localisé sur les hauteurs de Sallanches. Il vous offre une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et la chaîne du Mont Blanc. Le jacuzzi et les 2 terrasses vous permettront de profiter pleinement de ce magnifique panorama. Il est idéalement situé, à 12 minutes des pistes de Combloux, à 12 minutes de la télécabine de la Princesse (Megève), proche du centre ville et des activités sportives (lacs des îlettes et de Passy à 5 minutes).

Nous avons mis tout notre cœur dans sa conception et nous espérons que vous vous y sentirez bien. Il est situé à 1300 mètres d’altitude, en amont du col de la Forclaz, au cœur du petit et calme village deTrient sans restaurant ni commerce alimentaire. Dans notre jardin et en face de notre maison. Domaine des moulins/塔及其水疗中心

The property is made up of two water mills whose first historical traces date back to 1728. The first mill, located in the tower, was once used to grind grain (wheat and rye). The second mill was used as a sawmill. Its wheel is still visible. You can walk around the 5000 m2 property. The place is bordered by two rivers the Morges (with a 7 meters waterfall in the forest) and the Usses. An ideal place for fishing and nature lovers.
