The terrace is spacious with an outstanding view of Kampos Valley and Beach. There are two dinning areas, an indoor and an outdoor. The villa is situated on the top of a hill overlooking the Kambos valley and beach. It is at 6 kilometers from the main port of Skala, at 11 kilometres north of Chora, at 1.500 metres from the village of Kambos and at 800 meters downhill from the beach of Kambos. The long beach of Kambos is the busiest resort of Patmos. It is a beautiful beach, with clean, shallow waters and plenty of tree shade. There are also umbrellas and sun beds, water sports and beach restaurants.

The villa covers a territory of 200sm in total and is separated in three totally equipped independent apartments with separate entrances and private verandas with large dining-tables while each apartment bears its own parking space.

Living room with 3 traditional sofas and antique furniture as well as a dining table. Outdoor space includes one table for 6 and a large dining table for 10.

The apartments is a beatiful 25+6 m2. It's a typical stone house located in the bay of Grikos on the island of Patmos. The apartment is composed of a double bed, made according to the greek style, and a single bed on the upper floor. The bathroom is still a stone bathroom with a shower and all what you need. You also have a small fridge and a boiler to make tea or coffee or to keep your drinks called. Breakfast is not included.
