Έχει θέα προς το Ικάριο πέλαγος με υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλέματα, αλλά και προς το λιμάνι της Σκάλας. Διαθέτει ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 3-6 άτομα. Περιλαμβάνει χώρο υποδοχής με καναπέ που γίνεται διπλό κρεββάτι, ενιαίο καθιστικό με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, 2 υπνοδωμάτια και μπάνιο. Έχει A/C, WiFi, συνδρομητική TV και πλυντήριο ρούχων.

From the front terraces bordering the house looks out across the port of Groikos, to the Greek mainland and the coast line.
