Villa Natali is a newly built holiday home in a nice, quiet village of Kavran. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a total area of 130 m2. The outdoor area includes a 24 m² swimming pool, a sunbathing area with sun loungers, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Both bedrooms have access to the first floor terrace. The villa is fully air conditioned, all rooms are covered with wifi signal and there are 2 outdoor parking spaces.

A brand new city villa with a swimming pool designed for your maximum comfort and pleasure.The location of the villa is the perfect combination of the tranquility of a countryside and the proximity of the center of the 3000 years old city of Pula.The house can accomodate 6-8 people and it consists of a ground floor with the kitchen and dining area with direct access to the outdoor terrace and the swimming pool,living room and bathroom, and the upper floor with 3 bedrooms each with its own bath.

The 3 bedrooms are on the top floor (a 20m2, a 12 m2 & third small room 7m2

Villa Kalu is located in Krnica, a small and characteristic village 2 km from the sea. The villa offers 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed for a total of 8 beds with 4 bathrooms as well as a splendid living area and a beautiful patio in front of the private pool where you can spend your days and evenings in tranquility, enjoying a portion of the sea view. Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, air conditioning, powerful wi fi are included for free. Your pets are more than welcome ;)

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
