Our home is situated in a calm family area right next to the city of Pula,which is famous for its ancient Roman Amphitheatre.To be precise,we live in between the city center and freshly made beaches at Hidrobaza where you can enjoy with your kids,because it offers a lot,from free parking to beach bars, sport terrains etc.. If you have a bicycle, or a car,everything is at your reach. We live 1 mile from the first beach. Bus lines 150 m away,small grocery shop @ 150m, restaurants and pizza @400 m

Villa Natali is a newly built holiday home in a nice, quiet village of Kavran. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a total area of 130 m2. The outdoor area includes a 24 m² swimming pool, a sunbathing area with sun loungers, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Both bedrooms have access to the first floor terrace. The villa is fully air conditioned, all rooms are covered with wifi signal and there are 2 outdoor parking spaces.

U dvorištu kuće nalazi se igralište za odbojku te stolni nogomet za razonodu. Kuća ima privatan parking (5 auta). Prekrasne plaže Jadranskog mora nalaze se na 1,5 km od kuće.

Welcome to Villa Nola on the eastern coast of Istria. This fully renovated 4-bedroom 4 bathroom traditional stone house is situated in a small village Mali Vareški, it has a private heated hydro-massage pool and outdoor fitness equipment. Highlights are restored traditional stone-made water well from 1927, playground with trampoline and kids pool. The indoor area is designed in a unique modern style and offers full comfort, it really makes you feel like at home. Beach is only 3km away.

It consists of two residential units (apartments), which will ensure you more intimacy during your stay. A special charm of the house gives a beautiful garden that extends to 1500 m2 ideal for children or pets. In the garden there are olive trees, kažun (one of the symbols of Istria), a summer kitchen, pool and a covered parking.

From there you will also have a view onto the beautiful olive garden!

Authentic Istrian stone house built in 1922. This house is fully renovated and equipped to provide you all you need.
