Typically 20 deg cooler than Phoenix area.

The Verde River flows through the community & is available for fishing (when stocked) & swimming. There is also a trail at the end of the street that follows the river.

There is parking for four so no need to worry about your trailer or off road vehicles. We have a gated parking area. There are off road trails right from our street.
