The accommodation is on 2 floors with the lounge/kitchen area, and bathroom + shower downstairs, and a large, double bedroom upstairs, 2 sofa beds + child's sofa bed. It is comfortable for 2-4 people but can sleep up to 5 people with two single sofa beds downstairs. If you need an extra bed, a double bedroom is available in the house. The main path leads up to a field for tent pitches if you have extra guests with spectacular views of the Peak District. Fernilee Hut has a double bed, table and chairs and a wood stove. The Octagon is set in 2.2 acres of beautiful private woodland. It is visually secluded, and all yours for your group to explore and enjoy. The land is surrounded by open fields and farm tracks yet you are 15 mins walk from all town centre amenities. Great for families and friends.Please note there are 7 beds in the octagon sleeping 10. A caravan is available for £100 sleeping 4. Please note we are not a "party" house and expect our guests to respect the space. Hot tub/sauna are £220.

The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.
