The apartment is newly renovated, spacious and consists of two bedrooms. The apartment benefits from a lovely terrace for guests sole use which is a relative rarity in Dubrovnik. Within the garden our guests can use the garden tables for some al fresco dining, a garden swing, hammock and BBQ. This is a great apartment for guests that want to stay in a quiet, private apartment away from the endless hustle and bustle of the old town but still within a five minute walk of the old town entrance

The living room has a sofa and a flat-screen cable TV. Besides a private bathroom with a shower, apartment has one separate toilet, too. The apartment include a spacious terrace with an amazing view of the Old City and the Lokrum island, along with a balcony adjacent to the bedroom. 73 stairs Apartment accommodates up to 4 persons.

Imamo privatnu plažu (samo za naše goste i obitelj) i uz nju osiguravamo prirodnu vodu, tuševe, struju, roštilj, ostavu za plažne potrepštine, kao i 2 veza za čamce. Nalazimo se u mjestu Pisak, mirnom mjestu bez stresa, stvorenom za opuštanje i obiteljski odmor.

海滨公寓，景色迷人

Comfy and a bright space with a two balconies with a beautiful view. One balcony is oriented to the city port and other one to the sea and island Brac. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city centre. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
