Welcome to our charming cottage style home nestled in the picturesque town of Pella, Iowa. Whether you are in town for family, Central College events, work or recreation, our newly renovated one story home offers you a calming space to relax and unwind. You will be a short walk from local dining, shopping, historical attractions and more. Enjoy a comfortable home that sleeps up to six and offers two inviting family living spaces. In addition, there's a patio space for dining or simply relaxing.

Enjoy the peaceful beauty of Central Iowa's rolling hills, prairies, and distant forests while staying in our newly constructed barndominium. Take in the sweeping views, singing birds, and diverse wildlife from the front porch. Cozy up inside by the electric fireplace, enjoy a movie on Roku TV, curl up in the reading nook, utilize the portable desk or get competitive while playing board games. The barn is located behind our house. The driveway is shared with lots of parking next to the barn.

Two living spaces, three full baths 4 bedrooms 2 king 2 queen and double twin daybed Laundry room with washer and dryer. Free parking.

Windy Pines offers a spacious bedroom with a comfortable king sized bed and large bathroom. The kitchen and living room are great. This clean, comfortable, & uncluttered space is a home away from home! You will be surrounded by beautiful greenery, in a safe neighborhood with accessible parking. Close to interstate 80 & 35, the Iowa State Fair Grounds, and Downtown Des Moines. WP is attached to our home but with its own separate outside entrance. Please send me any questions.

Enjoy nature and forget about your worries in this spacious and serene space. You are just a few minutes from downtown Pella; yet can sneak away, take in the stars, relax in peace and quiet all after you have explored the Pella sights. You will have the entire main floor. The basement is NOT included ( it is safely locked off) that may or may not be rented to other guests. If it is, you may share outdoor yard space. You may even sneak a pack of wildlife in the backyard.
