Located in the Central Business District of downtown Pella, IA, your stay awaits in an adorable, fully remodeled historic house steeped in Dutch history and charm! Walk out the door to all the downtown shops and local attractions. Plenty of space awaits your family or small group in this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house! A large king bedroom on the main floor, with a connected queen bedroom and 3 twin bedroom upstairs. Beautiful modern bathroom and full kitchen, sunroom, 2 living rooms, and laundry.

Enjoy the peaceful beauty of Central Iowa's rolling hills, prairies, and distant forests while staying in our newly constructed barndominium. Take in the sweeping views, singing birds, and diverse wildlife from the front porch. Cozy up inside by the electric fireplace, enjoy a movie on Roku TV, curl up in the reading nook, utilize the portable desk or get competitive while playing board games. The barn is located behind our house. The driveway is shared with lots of parking next to the barn.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Wake up to a cup of coffee while enjoying a beautiful sunrise. After coffee, take a 10 minute walk to the Pella square to enjoy the restaurants, bakeries, retail stores, historical sites, and beautiful tulips in May. Enjoy outdoor games like corn toss and bocce ball in the large backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and beautifully maintained to enhance your experience traveling through this quaint Dutch town. Windy Pines offers a spacious bedroom with a comfortable king sized bed and large bathroom. The kitchen and living room are great. This clean, comfortable, & uncluttered space is a home away from home! You will be surrounded by beautiful greenery, in a safe neighborhood with accessible parking. Close to interstate 80 & 35, the Iowa State Fair Grounds, and Downtown Des Moines. WP is attached to our home but with its own separate outside entrance. Please send me any questions.

Enjoy nature and forget about your worries in this spacious and serene space. The basement is NOT included ( it is safely locked off) that may or may not be rented to other guests. If it is, you may share outdoor yard space. You may even sneak a pack of wildlife in the backyard.
