This sweet little spot in Lakko beach is nestled between the sea and the mountains. During the cooler months it is a climbers favourite. Close to the climbing tracks and only a five minute drive to Leonidio.The property backs onto our newly planted olive grove and has its own parking.It has separate bedroom kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals.It has a new split system heating and aircon. It has a nice shower. There is a smart tv and great wifi if you need to work.It has a large courtyard with a garden and also a terrace. There is mountain views and sea views. In summer its a different vibe. If you like relaxing in the sun, swimming in beautiful clear water and listening to the waves as you fall asleep at night you will be very happy here. The house is an old town house built 1876 and has been renovated 2018. Three nice and bright bedrooms with Coco-mat beds, all with balcony or access to roof terass. Two bathrooms, a separate wc, fully equipped kitchen, big living room with an open fire place. A big roof terass overlooking the sea on one side and the mountains on the other (equipped with refrigerator and water). All rooms with air-condition . The house is suitable for 6 persons. There is 2 small beaches nearby.

Ολόκληρο Σπίτι στο κέντρο της Νεάπολης << Τάσος>>

Πρόκειται για το παλιό μου πατρικό. Το σπίτι είναι φωτεινό και βαμμένο με ανοικτά χρώματα. Προσπαθώντας να διατηρήσω το παλιό του χαρακτήρα κράτησα κάποια έπιπλα-αντίκες, σερβίτσια ακόμα και ένα πολυέλαιο πάνω από το σαλονάκι των γονιών μου. Έχει στο πίσω μέρος του αυλή με κληματαριά και στο μπροστινό του μπαλκόνι υπέροχη θέα ακριβώς πάνω από τη θάλασσα.
