This house is a tribute to our dearest mother Ioanna who was born in this village and her wish was a house by the sea she so adored. It's our family getaway, our childhood paradise of joy,swimming and daydreaming. We are happy to host guests and families who love nature, sea and peace. Enjoy its special vibe and location, amazing sea view, peaceful surrounding with no direct neighboors. Nested in a private 2hectares olive grove, 20metres from a peaceful beach, 5' walk from the market&taverns.

Το ποτάμι, πηγές με τρεχούμενα νερά, καταρράκτες, μονοπάτια και αναρρηχητικό πάρκο προσφέρουν συνεχείς στιγμές ευχαρίστησης.

Welcome to Meda House, a place you can easily call home. Ideal for groups or families, the house has 2 floors with different entrances. Simply decorated with rustic nuances, our house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 balconies from where you can enjoy a wonderful view... On the left you can admire the imposing mountains and ahead the Aegean Sea. During spring and summer the smell of orange and lemon blossoms from our garden will spoil your senses...

"Kumquat Villa" Kalamata beach

Lovely cottage house in the shearwater of messinian bay.The Kumquat villa is a 65sq.m house in a 16 acres beachfront farm full of plants and trees of every kind. The beach is only 150 m walking through private path! Villa Konstantina is a mansion of the modern era in a dynamic Italian line but also a discreet aristocratic finesse. It can accommodate up to 14-16 people. The view of Nafplio, the sea, the huge garden and the pool is outstanding! Η Βίλα Κωνσταντίνα ειναι ένα αρχοντικό της σύγχρονης εποχής σε δυναμική ιταλική γραμμή αλλά και διακριτική αριστοκρατική φινέτσα. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 14-16 άτομα. Η θέα του Ναυπλίου, της Θαλασσας, του τεραστιου κήπου και της πισίνας είναι εκπληκτικη!

Character stone cottage house

A small stone house amidst olive trees situated in a large private property with amazing sea view where guests can find peace and quietness. The house is of walking distance to a beautiful sea and to the village where our guests can enjoy both the crystal clear beaches and the various restaurants, coffee shops and events . While staying with us they will be able to also enjoy some of our organic fruits and vegetables, home made goat cheese, fresh eggs, olive oil and olives.

My stone farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres of orange trees,lemon trees and much more trees which fruits you can taste. The backyard under the giant mulberry among with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the red rock/cliffs you will be climbing.
