Όλα βρίσκονται σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια: σούπερ μάρκετ, φαρμακεία, εστιατόρια, λιμάνι και αξιοθέατα, ενώ οι παραλίες είναι μόλις 10 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο. Μεσολαβεί μία κενή ημέρα μεταξύ κρατήσεων για μέγιστη υγιεινή, προσφέροντας δυνατότητα early check-in και late check-out για άνετη διαμονή.

Mountain house

Ενα ησυχο μερος για χαλαρωση. Πολυ καλη χρηση κλιματιστικων με ψυξη - θερμανση απο -15 εως 45βαθμους.το ποταμάκι έχει 8 μήνες το χρόνο νερο και δίνει μια άλλη εστιση ηρεμίας! Το κατάλυμα υπόκειται σε κρατικό φόρο ( τέλος ανθεκτικότητας) ο οποίος είναι από Απρίλιο μέχρι Οκτώβριο 15 ευρώ ανά διανυκτέρευση .λογο ότι είναι πάνω από 80τμ και τούς χειμερινούς μήνες είναι 4 ευρώ. η καταβολή του μπορεί να γίνει είτε κατά την άφιξη του επισκέπτη με μετρητά η στον τραπεζικό λογαριασμό του καταστήματος.

Villa Otium in Koroni, upper floor apartment

Rent the upper floor with a splendid see view over the Messinian bay and the Taygetos mountains! The house is situated at an alley in the heart of the small seaside town Koroni. The apartments is about 70 m2, fully equipped and of high standard. It has a large living space with kitchen (including the bedroom 2 area) and a balcony to SE, 2 bathrooms and a separate bedroom. There is also a terrace facing the alley from which both the living space and the bedroom have their own entrance doors.

Armiriki house, because of the tamarisk (=armiriki) tree just in front of the house. A unique seaside house, near Monemvasia, at the picturesque fjord of Ierakas. (Natura 2000) Paddling, swimming and diving, bird watching, fishing and hiking are just a few of the activities you can enjoy at the peaceful Ierakas Port village. A canoe and a boat are available at the private dock. Monemvasia castle town and unique untouched beaches (Vlychada, Balogeri) are at close distance.

Leave all worries behind with this spacious and peaceful space. Enjoy the unique view of the sea and the sunset, as well as the nature that surrounds the entire property. Unique beaches are nearby, organized and not, also suitable for families. At a very close distance is the center and port of Portohelio (300 meters), but also supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants and small taverns. The summer cinema of the area is also about 150 meters away.

Το σπίτι είναι σε πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή του χωριού με θέα στο γεφύρι του Αλφειού και το οροπέδιο της Μεγαλόπολης. Διαθέτει 2 τζάκια, ευρύχωρο σαλόνι και ψηλοτάβανες κρεβατοκάμαρες. Στην είσοδο διαθέτει αυλή με σκιά από μεγάλη καρυδιά και κληματαριά.

Lake and Sea. Vouliagmeni Lake. Loutraki

The maisonette is ideal for families or couples, offering a fantastic view of the Corinthian Gulf and beautiful sunsets. It is located in Vouliagmeni Lake of Loutraki (in the settlement of Makrygialos). The distance from the sea is 80 meters, and from the lake, it's a 3-minute drive or a 6-minute walk. The village of Perachora, which has a supermarket, is 10 minutes away by car, and Loutraki is 20 minutes away by car.

About 20 meters from the sea under the breathtaking Red Rock is located our apartment.Some of the climbing fields is within walkable distance. The apartment has been completely renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook whatever you want. You can enjoy your coffe at the comfortable living room looking the magnificent view of the sea. For heating there are 3 aircondition one for every room .

Orange grove cottage

My stone farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres of orange trees,lemon trees and much more trees which fruits you can taste. The backyard under the giant mulberry among with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the red rock/cliffs you will be climbing.
