Wonderful situation in Hayle. Many independent cafes, shops and restaurants in walking distance of the property, as well as the bay with it's golden beaches. The property is a 5 min walk from the train station. Parking is available too Guests have their own space with a harbour view, Wi-Fi, tv and facilities to make hot/cold drinks. Regency Town House, Central Penzance Location

Elegant town house in quiet central location. 5 minute walk to Penzance town centre, Morrab Tropical Gardens, Penlee Gallery, historic Chapel Street and restaurants & pubs. A gentle walk takes you to the promenade and the Art Deco Jubilee Pool (with geothermal bathing pool). Newlyn with its fishing port, restaurants and pubs is a 15 minute walk along the prom. Sandy beaches such as Sennen and Porthcurno & stunning coves are within a short drive. The Train and Bus station are a 10 minute walk.

Good sized decking area, perfect for breakfast outside in the early morning sunshine, or to enjoy a glass of wine in what is a gorgeous sun trap. Lavender barn is located on a now non working farm, surrounded by fields, meadows and woodland.
