The Studio, Yallingup

Situated in Yallingup, The Studio has amazing ocean and garden views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel, general store, bakery and coffee outlets. There is a king sized bed, comfortable seats, air conditioning, wifi, barbecue, kitchenette, filtered water and balcony. There are 22 steps, with hand rails, down to The Studio. Located just 2 hours from Perth and midway between Bunbury and Busselton, the Beach House is the perfect base to explore all that "down south" can offer.

This stunning seaside property is the perfect place to relax in comfort to enjoy your adults break-away. All the region's many offerings are within an easy drive away. Otherwise just stay in to enjoy the beach across the road, bring bikes to use the accessible bike path to take leisurely rides to the Jetty & CBD. You can fill your days whilst still getting home in time to take in the beautiful sunsets over the water from the expansive balcony area.
