It is in a perfectly central location for exploring Scotland - 15 mins from Perth and an hour's drive from Edinburgh, Glasgow and St Andrews, 2 miles from Auchterarder and only 4 miles from the world famous Gleneagles Hotel. The Hayloft is a hay barn conversion into a new self-catering studio space, en suite with walk in shower and mini kitchen. Furnished with vintage Ercol furniture and luxurious Breanish Tweed handwoven in the Outer Hebrides. Comfy, light filled and airy with floor to ceiling windows. The Hayloft has its own private entrance, deck and garden area. (Please note we used to be a B&B- you will see reference to breakfast on our reviews however, since renovating we are no longer serving breakfast.)

The rear of the cottage has an enclosed patio, perfect for those visiting with pets. Guests can also enjoy access to a private beach by the river.

Fliskmillan Farm is off the beaten track but within easy reach of St. Andrews, Dundee and Perth, and only an hour from Edinburgh. The views from the farm across the Tay are stunning. There are beautiful walks right here and sandy beaches nearby. The Old Farm Office has been lovingly converted into a cosy and quirky holiday house, run entirely on locally generated renewable energy and designed for family holidays. Close to the amenities of Blairgowrie, the Loft is part of the Bonnington Farm Steading, which is located on a hill top with spectacular views to the south and west. The Loft provides warm and comfortable accommodation in a quiet and peaceful location. There are wonderful woodland walks close by and It is a midge free place with lots of swallows and house martins. It is the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of cities and towns and is close to the Cairngorms National Park.
