The public transportation is excellent, the Tram 47 / 49 can be found just 5 minutes walk away, such as the underground at Astoria. There is an extra cleaning fee (15 euros) for less than 3 nights stay. The price given for the New Year's Eve period is valid up to 4 people and there is a minimum stay of 4 nights.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the quiet bedroom ensures restful sleep. The apartment is only available during the months when I (the owner) am abroad working. That is 3-4 months per year.
