Stay in our charming cozy, one room/bath cottage and feel like you are sleeping in the treetops. Total privacy with hosts who are always available for questions and advice. We are merely a ten minute walk to downtown's great shops and fabulous restaurants, and a short drive to Lagunitas and hen house breweries. Wine lovers don’t worry great tasting rooms!

This 400 square foot granny unit over our garage has beautiful wood floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances (no washer/dryer) New HVAC unit, air filters, new water heater with chlorine filter. This space has a great deal of natural light, windows are well placed as to not see into neighbors windows. (Black out curtains on windows if light needs to be blocked) Must be able to climb a flight of stairs to access. Dedicated off street parking for one vehicle

Modern Bungalow Downtown Sebastopol

Our studio space is detached from our house, 460 sq. ft., including a bedroom area, living space, small food prep/eating area and clean, bright bathroom. Please, no perfume or cologne because of allergies. Thank you for understanding. Also there is NO TV in the Airbnb. We have great WiFi for streaming movies and there is a Multi screen movie theater just 2 blocks away. We are located in downtown Sebastopol, near great food, great wine, hiking, biking and more!

Historic D Street Private Bungalow!

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The right pets welcome, but unfortunately we can’t have dogs swimming because it affects the pool negatively— so sorry! We have a 3-year old + Aussie named Luna and she’s good with other dogs, but can be territorial at first. Please cover couch and bed & cleanup after pets —I don’t charge a pet fee so please be mindful of keeping the bungalow clean. Much appreciated.
