(Supermarket, Library, Doctor, Pharmacy, Dentist, Hairdresser Beautician, Massage, Deli, Cafes, Fruit Shop, Gelato, (Two cafes do delicious frozen meals.) all within 3 mins walking distance. 10 min walk to Days Bay, a stunning beach that has a Ferry to the CBD. The East by West Ferry takes 25 mins. (eastbywest co nz) Kayaks and bikes are at Days Bay in summer to hire. There are bikes to hire at Burdens Gate for a flat coastal ride to twin lighthouses and stunning views down to South Island. A new home recently built on the Petone foreshore. A short walk to shops, restaurants and cafes, Lighthouse cinema, art galleries and of course the beach. Buses close by and the train station to Wellington about 10 minutes walk. The purpose built accommodation is on the ground level with the owners living above. Guests will have their own separate entrance. The unit consists of one queen sized bedroom, kitchenette, lounge/dining room and bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

Helston Hideaway

Fully furnished apartment just off SH1 with easy access to Wellington's city centre, the ferry and Sky stadium. A perfect stop off on the way to a game, a concert or to hop on the ferry. This is a great base for enjoying the Wellington region and the northern suburbs. It is a 8 minute walk to Johnsonville centre with access to #1 bus line and the train. This apartment is on the ground floor of a two-storey house. BBQ available on request.
