Wunderschönes Stadthaus, komplett renoviert, in Petra. Die 320m2 verteilen sich auf 3 Schlafzimmer, 3,5 Bäde und ein Gästezimmer. Im 1. OG ist der Wohnbereich. Auf 160m2 ist die Küche und die Lounge. Balkon mit Möglichkeit zu grillen am grossen Esstisch mit 8 Personen und einer gemütlichen Sofaecke. Im Anschluss an die überdachte Terrasse im EG, die von allen Schlafzimmern zu betreten ist befindet sich der Pool und die Sonnenterrassen mit Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirmen und einer Aussendusche.

Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).
