Situated in the heart of Saigon, we offer a spacious garden space with complimentary car/bike parking, washer & dryer, pool, and outdoor dining area. Located on a quiet, clean, and safe street, we are in close proximity to the central district of District 1. 2 connecting rooms (25m2 and 30m2) on 1st floor come equipped with private kitchenettes (induction stove, mini fridge kitchenware, and dining utensils)

Our guests love the tranquil environment and central location (a rarity in District 1) that retain the unique architecture and traditions of the area. Please note that we do not accept bookings for parties.

Our lovely house is tucked away in a broad and bright alleyway (our alleyway is awesome, not like those dark and narrow ones) only a few steps away to the main road - Hoang Van Thu street. Within 10 mins walking, you will find yourself at Phan Xich Long street, the famous eating street of Phu Nhuan district. *The price for one room has included a cleaner!
