The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

If you come during wintertime the apartment has floor heating. The position of the apartments will assure you a vacation that is like balm for your soul and always in reach of the best of Sicily. From season 2026 the pool is not availble.

Potete vivere la cittadina in piena libertà senza dover prendere mezzi di trasporto. Ingresso privato, bellissima vista mare con balcone. Casa completamente arredata con una camera da letto ( con letto Queen) ed un soggiorno con divano letto. Bagno con doccia.

Roqamaris è un appartamento sito all'ultimo piano, (4), in pieno centro storico, che domina il famoso molo della cittadina normanna, con vista sul lungomare, dal terrazzo potrete ammirare un tramonto mozzafiato. A pochi passi, sono presenti tutti i più importanti siti storici e culturali oltre che i migliori ristoranti della città. La spiaggia più famosa di Cefalù, si trova a circa 10 metri.
