Immerso nel verde ed in posizione panoramica, offre strepitosa vista della rocca, del porto e del mare. Può ospitare fino a 5 persone ed è composto da due ampie camere da letto, un grande salone, bagno, lavanderia e cucina. Tutti gli ambienti climatizzati. La casa, situata al piano terra di un antica palazzina ottocentesca, prospetta su un piccolo ma curato giardino. Pur essendo in pieno centro è silenziosa. L'abitazione è situata in una strada ai margini del centro storico, che può sembrare una strada di periferia, ma ha il grande pregio di essere molto vicino al centro storico di Palermo e permette di visitare la città a piedi con assoluta facilità. Siamo vicino al mare, la presenza delle navi che si percepisce, è molto suggestiva

Very close to the sea (250 meters), nice restaurants and luxury resorts, this is the ideal location for an unforgettable and relaxing holiday. There is an access to the sea from the residence and there is also a private parking equipped of automatic gate.

La casa si trova a pochi chilometro da Cefalù, vicino al piccolo borgo di S. Ambrogio. Immersa nella natura, tra alberi di ulivo, a ridosso del Parco delle Madonie, la vista della rocca di Cefalù e delle isole dell'arcipelago delle Eolie, vi incanterà ad ogni ora del giorno col cambiare dei colori, passando dal'azzurro chiaro del mattino al rosso fuoco del tramonto al blù stellato della notte.

Roqamaris

Roqamaris è un appartamento sito all'ultimo piano, (4), in pieno centro storico, che domina il famoso molo della cittadina normanna, con vista sul lungomare, dal terrazzo potrete ammirare un tramonto mozzafiato. A pochi passi, sono presenti tutti i più importanti siti storici e culturali oltre che i migliori ristoranti della città. La spiaggia più famosa di Cefalù, si trova a circa 10 metri.
