Appartamento dotato di aria condizionata , in stile fiorentino con cucina dotata di tutti gli accessori che possono servire tipo: piano cottura, forno , microonde, tostapane , stoviglie.... divano in pelle e tv , un tavolo dove poter mangiare. Ogni stanza ha finestre , molto luminoso con meravigliosi affacci sul verde e sulle mura del 1300 che circondano Firenze .letto matrimoniale in pelle bianco un bagno molto grande con una doccia gigante con finestra , cabina armadio e lavanderia ……….

Il nome della casa deriva dal vicino Giardino delle Rose proprio di fronte a casa e da cui si raggiunge il Piazzale Michelangelo per un panorama magnifico di Firenze.
