Go back 100 years in time but with modern, solar powered conveniences, wifi and heating /AC. Two adobe buildings surrounded by antiques, weathered wood buildings and desert vegetation gives this space a rustic and authentic western flavor. 3 miles north of the UA in the Campus Farm neighborhood. Charming U of A Area Cottage

Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Great location with easy access to Tucson’s entertainment district.

A secluded getaway, Sanctuary Cove's Guest Cottage is surrounded by 80 acres of pristine Southwest Desert. Stewarded by a religious non-profit, Sanctuary Cove is a place of respite from the happenings of modern life. The property has hiking trails, easy access to less explored areas of Saguaro National Park, a non-denominational chapel for prayer and meditation, an amphitheater overlooking the Tucson Valley, and a traditional labyrinth. West-side Trailhead Retreat in the Sonoran Desert

2017 guest house in Tucson Mountain foothills adjacent to Sweetwater Preserve (14+ mi.s of trails: mountain biking, horseback, running, & hiking)! Enjoy the giant soaking tub, BBQ grill, sunsets & patio. A full kitchen, sitting area, bath & BR are downstairs (550 sq. ft.). Up a 90-degree ladder to BR/retreat space, wonderful for getaway views. Our property is a 3-acre lot w/ desert flora/fauna, stars, & quietness, yet only 10 mi. from UA. Horses add to the ambiance with a taste of ranch life.

Private room with separate entrance, bath, patio, parking & kitchenette. NO Cleaning Fee. Single pet fee. Not recommended for day sleepers. We have 2 small dogs. We're 4 miles from UofA, 6 miles from I-10, 7 miles from Tucson International Airport. Thunderbird: a haven for hikers, birders, artists

Nestled at the foot of stunning Red Butte, Thunderbird Suite is southwestern decor with antique furniture. Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. 411sq ft private Casita just newly REMODELED! Sleeps up to 4. King feather bed & a pullout sleeper. Located just past a quaint garden where you can catch hummingbirds drinking. Private parking & entrance, just come and go. ASK ABOUT: Our other King Suite just feet away! Can sleep 2 more! Cool off in pool (rarely used by us), use outside patio (where cooking station is located, there's no kitchen in the casita). Min. from I-10 & stellar Tucson Biking Loop!!

Ironwood Living Desert Studio #3

Cozy up in this remodeled studio on a beautiful 17-acre property in West Tucson Foothills. Part of an older 5-plex with 8 other houses, this charming unit features a king bed, common heating (kept around 70°F in winter), AC/heater mini split, small kitchen with microwave and stove/oven, Roku TV, and fast WiFi (~400 Mbps). ~350 sq ft of comfort with a beach-themed décor. Cold AC, Fast WIFI, No Cleaning Fee!

Park by your PRIVATE entrance. This spacious suite is quiet with its own Mini Split set . The WIFI is fast and the kitchenette has a full size fridge. I prefer solo travelers and charge a little more for a 2nd guest when you put in for 2 it will show correct amount. No unauthorized guests. Locals must send an inquiry about your stay before booking. 15-20 minutes to downtown, UA and the airport. Sending a message about your stay is appreciated.

Saguaro Courtyard Retreat near National Park

If you love nature this casita is just for you. Located 15 minutes from downtown and only a few minutes from stunning hiking and mountain biking trails in the National Park. The property is very much like a botanical garden with fruit trees filling up the back and a wide variety of succulents filling the front. The casita has its own private porch while the property shares two large communal patios with outdoor dining and a fire pit.

Groovy Glamper In The Sonoran Desert

Groovy Glamper is a vintage aluminium camper deposited in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Enjoy the quietness of the desert in a safe environment surrounded by art located at just 35 minutes from downtown Tucson.
