Spacious Private Studio with Garden View

Enjoy a contactless stay in a peaceful Oakland neighborhood with free street parking - your entrance and studio are not shared with anyone else. Amenities include king sized bed, couch, table for dining or workspace, private bathroom, 50" Smart TV w/Netflix, wifi, mini fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee/tea makings (not a full kitchen). Umbrella and chairs are set up for you in the garden. Neighborhood grocery store, pizza and Thai restaurants are two blocks away. Hosts and pups live upstairs.

A 10-min walk into Montclair Village for shopping and restaurants or 15-30 min to SF or anywhere else in the Bay Area. Improvements incl. a new loft and kitchenette including Subzero, Meile, Wolf & Fisher Paykel appliances, very comfortable environment! Guests who have been displaced by any natural disaster will be offered a discounted nightly rate.

Peaceful, modern, and centrally located, it feels like you are in a treehouse, away from the bustle, but you can walk to anything you need, including the Farmer's Market and Shepherd Canyon Trail. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while listening to the birds and the bubbling creek below, or a glass of wine or tea while the sun sets and the owls begin to hoot. This is your hopping off point to visit the Bay Area; you can be in SF in 20 minutes or in wine country in less than an hour.

Our luxurious suite with kitchenette features a beautiful view towards the Bay and Golden Gate Bridges, designed especially for a romantic getaway or anyone needing a relaxing space. Soak and play in the two-person jetted tub, enjoy the gorgeous large bathroom. Easy street parking is always available, and garden lined exterior stairs take you to the private entry and patio. A laundry is provided for guest use only. Hikes into the canyon below or neighborhood above are a special treat.

Montclair Creekside Retreat

Two room in-law suite with private entry, private bath and kitchenette. Deck entry overlooking Temescal Creek and towering 100 year old coastal Redwoods. Shared garden across the bridge. Walk to Lake Temescal and Montclair Village. Easy, quick access to Hwys 13 and 24. Short drive to UC Berkeley, Mills College and California College of the Arts, the Berkeley Gourmet Ghetto, and Oaklands many fine restaurants. Some small dogs accepted, no large dogs, and no cats due to allergies.

Downstairs floor (1100 sq ft) of mid-century home in Oaklands Hills. Full kitchen for snacks or gourmet meals, comfy queen bed in bedroom, sofa bed in living room. Enjoy picturesque walk to Montclair Village or hike or bike right up the hill. Drive 11 minutes to BART, located in Rockridge, which also has restaurants and shops to explore.

Gorgeous, sun- and art-filled studio/cabin with kitchenette and bathroom, separate from main house. Set in a beautiful California version of a traditional French or English-style walled garden. Safe, friendly neighborhood. Enjoy the sounds of birds in your quiet, beauty-filled oasis. In backyard of large house also occasionally available. New queen-sized mattress. 2 adults maximum. 3rd person ok if small child only. Studio is too small for more people. Not a full kitchen.
