Stepping down to enter the homey space you’ll enjoy acomfortable queen sized bed, walk in closet, private bathroom, and kitchen. Empty drawers greet you in the dressers . San Francisco is 30 miles by car, an hour by ferry or bus; Napa, 15 miles away. A great way to see the sites; allowing you prepare some light meals between savoring the local cuisines. LAFAYETTE STAND-ALONE COTTAGE HIDEAWAY

This is a charming stand alone cottage next to the main house with its own private entrance. You'll have access to an acre of garden which you are welcome to relax in. It has a full size fridge with a stackable washer dryer The property is 11 minutes from the Lafayette BART and 7 minutes from Walnut Creek town center by car. Briones Wildlife Park is less than a mile away. We have 4 cats and two small dogs. Pets are welcome but we ask for large dogs to be on leash. TESLA charging available.

Fully-equipped studio apartment in Alameda victorian home. Spacious, with modern amenities (WiFi, Netflix), free coffee and tea, queen-size bed, and big yard, shared with the main house. Separate entrance through the backyard. Young kids live in the upstairs house part-time (see “other notes”) and can be loud until 9:30pm. We’re a dog-friendly space and love hosting pups (maximum of 2, house trained)! Please note that we’re not able to accommodate cats at this time. Lab lives in property.
