Pyöräreitit sekä hiihtoladut löydät vierestä. Taloyhtiön oma laituri (talvella avanto) on käytössäsi silloin kun rantasauna ei ole varattuna. Lähistöltä löytyy myös yleinen uimaranta. Kohteessa luksuksena käytössäsi on myös sähköauton latausasema. Tampereen keskusta on vain 20 min ajomatkan päässä. Ilmainen parkki asunnon edessä.

Asunnossa kaikki tarvittava kaupunkilomaa varten, mutta myös pidempiä visiittejä ajatellen mm. työskentelymahdollisuudet ja pyykinpesukone. Vierailuun kuuluu myös salikäynti saman kadun kuntosalilla. Joustavat houstit ja nopeat reagoinnit!

Spacious studio in the heart of the city

Enjoy a relaxing stay in the heart of Tampere! This spacious 8th floor studio offers you peace and quiet, above the noises of the city. A comfortable double bed as well as a sofa bed that opens into a double bed make this apartment suited for couples and families alike! There's a portable air conditioner, a large bathroom with a washing machine and a large glazed balcony with beautiful views of the city center. This spacious studio is located just a 10-minute walk from the train station.

Nuku yösi hyvin silkinpehmeissä Finlaysonin Uni-lakanoissa. Erillisestä makuuhuoneesta löytyy jenkkisänky pehmustetulla sängynpäädyllä ja laadukkailla kiinteillä patjoilla, jotka antavat tukea ja mukavuutta uniin. Olohuoneessa on Tapio Anttilan vuodesohva, joka toimii parivuoteena tai erillisinä vuoteina.

Rauhallista yöpymistä lähellä keskustan sykettä. Lähistöllä Pyynikin upeat lenkkeilymaastot kuntoportaineen ja munkkikahviloineen ;) Tampereen nähtävyydet ja mukavuudet kävelyetäisyydellä tai ratikan/bussin kyydissä vaikka Nokia Arenalle. Kahdeksassa minuutissa kävelee Särkänniemen elämyspuistoon, viettämään ikimuistoista päivää perheen tai kavereiden kesken. Illalla sitten voikin rentoutua asunnon omassa saunassa ja vilvoitella parvekkeella ihaillen Tampereen maisemia.

Unique cottage in Lempäälä, close to Tampere. Possibility e.g. sauna, hot pool, swiming, canoeing, barbecue, ice fisching, etc. Also good facilities for children with playhouse. Good transport links either by car or train. Tampere Airport is about 15 minutes away. To Helsinki and Helsinki Airport it takes app. 2 hours. A separate fee for the use of hot pool. Possibility also for served meals. There are three reservable/free-to-use tennis courts within walking distance.

Beach is only 100m away, all the activities (including fat biking, flowpark, stand up paddling and in the wintertime skiing and downhill skiing) only a walk away! Our cottage has all the facilities, including a sauna where you can enjoy the view of the lake! The area offers activities for the whole family - Tampere is only 50km away, Sastamala 16km.
