Minutes away by car to Pismo Beach, Shell Beach, Avila Beach and San Luis Obispo. We are the southern gateway to the Arroyo Grande and Edna Valley wine trail. This studio apartment is in a triplex less than one mile from the beach located in an older neighborhood of single and multifamily homes walking distance to Grand Avenue shops, restaurants and the beach. There is a private deck with distant ocean/sunset views, a full kitchen/bath, off street parking. Apt. features twin beds, free wifi, but no TV. This apartment is built above our garage and features it’s own private entrance. The space is very bright and contains all the conveniences to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. There is no designated dog yard. There are plenty of areas to walk your dog in our neighborhood. We have EV charging.
